More on leadership for learning

I want to add another important thought to my previous post on the new leadership for learning.

A professional mindset that focuses on improving learning conditions and achievement results is essential. This can go far when tied to authentic relationship building. In addition, I believe that real Learning Leaders will help all teachers and staff members remember why they committed to engaging students in the first place. Why are we here?

It is important to remember that we are in a vocation that really matters; one that can truly make a positive difference in the lives of kids. Such leadership helps teachers and staff members grow in their ability to leave a positive impact on student learning in and out of the classroom.
